AcademyOS provides a multi-tenant cloud-based examination and learning management platform. By accessing and using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, limiting access to administrative accounts, and ensuring that all activities under your account comply with legal requirements. AcademyOS is not liable for unauthorized access stemming from negligent credential management.
Access to premium features and limits is dictated by your selected subscription plan. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as outlined at purchase. Exceeding your allotted student or teacher limits will restrict new user creation until the plan is upgraded.
AcademyOS provides the software "as is" and shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, data loss, or other service interruptions.
